We want our students to create foundations of athleticism, health, and confidence from an early age. We introduced the Momentum Fitness Program to do just that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many schools have physical education class once a week for about a half-hour. At Legacy, we feel that isn\u2019t enough. Students in the Momentum Fitness track will participate in 45 minutes of age-appropriate physical exercise four days a week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-navy-background-color has-background\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--16);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--16)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-outermost-icon-block\"><div class=\"icon-container has-icon-color has-light-blue-color\" style=\"color:#84addb;width:48px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color has-heading-5-font-size\" style=\"font-weight:500\">\u201cI have been a part of the Legacy Traditional Schools community for many years and I can confidently say that it is an amazing school.
